Begitulah panggang ikan dibuat dengan cara menepuk-nepuk ikan secara lembut dengan batang serai yang dicelupkan ke dalam bumbu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 24px;\"><b>Ikan Panggang Paccak <\/b>\u00a0atau Ikan bakar tepuk adalah ikan yang di kasih bumbu di dibakar layak nya ikan bakar, tapi hal yang membedakan nya dengan ikan bakar adalah ikannya di kasih bumbu yang telah diracik dan ditaburkan ke ikan saat di bakar dengan cara menepukkan bumbu ke ikan menggunakan batang serai. Aroma ikan panggang paccak ini saat di bakar sangat harum membuat hidung ingin mengikuti harumnya dan ingin mengetahui dari mana asal nya. Ikan panggang paccak ini salah satu makanan yang sangat populer di kalangan warga Sibolga dan Tapanuli tengah.
